Winter Rising Stars (Girls 4th-8th Grade) Program '22

12 sessions: January 9th - March 27th

When: Sundays, from 9:00 - 10:30am

Where: Cabrillo College Gym

Cost: $600 (includes a Rising Stars program T-shirt)

Our Winter Program provides a clinic experience designed to provide exposure to the fun sport of indoor volleyball that meets players at their experience level.

We will have two courts available to us for use at the Cabrillo gym. Players will be moved to best suit their learning and level of progress. All the fundamentals will be taught the same way, we want to make sure that drills are administered at a rate suitable for the players on the court and the best learning environment is provided for your child.

For players interested in playing on a competitive club team, the program is designed to help them learn not just skills, but drills and volleyball vocabulary that will prepare them for the club experience. For seventh and eighth graders newer to volleyball this is a great way to help prepare for school tryouts.

What to Bring: Water, athletic shoes+clothing, kneepads

In order to attend our clinics, please provide at the first session for our record either

1) (Once) A printout of a vaccination card

or

2) (Weekly) A negative covid test administered within 24 hours of the event (at home tests acceptable)
